Mr Alan Thomson

Alan is the Senior Partner and Chairman of McClure Naismith a firm of solicitors based in Glasgow and with offices in Edinburgh and London.  The larger part of his life as a solicitor has been spent handling civil litigation but since 1998 his area of practice has been employment law.

Alan and his family worship at Burnside Blairbeth Church of Scotland where he is Session Clerk.

He is married to Andrea and has four children, one of whom is married and living in London. He enjoys skiing and boating and escapes the pressures of life by retreating to an old croft house on the west coast of Scotland.
