Adam BakerSinger/songwriter Adam Baker graduated from ICC in the summer with an honours degree in Theology with Cross-Cultural Ministry. His time as a student at the college had a massive influence on his songwriting inspiring lyrics that reflect a growing passion for social justice and its importance in God’s Kingdom.


We're Wearing it Pink for Breast Cancer

Busking Cancer at ICC

ICC Busking Cancer PosterBusking Cancer is a nation-wide fund raising project run by Cancer Research UK whereby musicians volunteer to either busk or put on a gig to raise money for cancer research. ICC student Andrew Ferguson has taken up the challenge and is organising a gig in the college on Tuesday 8th November from 7pm.

Changing Church: Putting Children at the Heart of Ministry

Changing Church Conference (thumbnail)On Saturday 29th October 2011 we are delighted to host the 3rd annual 'Children in the Church Community' conference.

The conference offers an opportunity to engage with the issues around children’s involvement in the church community, to meet with other practitioners, to share experience and to continue this important conversation. The aim is to help children play their full part in the life of the church.

DiscussionFurther regulations connected with Tier 4 student visas were announced at the end of March 2011 by the Home Secretary Theresa May. These visas regulate entry of International Students from outside the European Union to the UK.


Deepening Your Faith: A Series of Day Classes Introducing Theological Themes

Bible ReadingIn partnership with a number of Aberdeen churches, we are running a monthly series of day classes that will provide an introduction to theology and biblical studies. From November till May, on one Saturday each month, a member of ICC staff will teach a class on a specific topic of theology, which will be held in the various host churches.
