FAQs: College
1. Do you have an Open Day and when can I visit the College?
We have an annual College Open Day, usually in the Spring. As well as this, we welcome visits at any point during the year from people interested in coming to college. These can be arranged at a time convenient to you, staff and students. Please email admissions@icc.ac.uk to make appropriate arrangements.
2. Do you have an evening or Saturday option to study or visit for those working full-time?
As the college is often used for conferences at the weekend and teaching and administrative staff are not available, visits are not possible on a Saturday, apart from the Open Day.
Evening visits are highly unusual as they prevent you experiencing the everyday life of the college. Please contact admissions@icc.ac.uk for further information about visits.
The Library is open on some evenings and Saturday mornings during term time. For information on membership please consult the Library pages or contact the librarian Mrs Lucy Carroll at lucy.carroll@icc.ac.uk
3. Do you offer any pastoral help?
All students are allocated a member of staff as their ‘Adviser–Tutor’. The Adviser also provides advice in choosing the most appropriate options within the programme and leads the weekly Fellowship Group. Students have access to a trained counsellor and several pastors who make themselves available to students.
4. Can I be guaranteed College accommodation?
No, we only have a limited number of rooms. Please contact admissions@icc.ac.uk for more information.
5. Do you teach English?
No.
6. How can I contact members of staff?
You may only contact members of staff during College Hours. It is not the College policy to disclose members of staff’s home addresses or phone numbers. You may however send correspondence to the college marked ‘Private and Personal’; it is not College policy to open such mail unless asked to by the staff member concerned.
